CHICKEN DIVINE 
6 boneless chicken breasts
3 cups broccoli florets
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayo
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
salt and pepper

Fill a pot with 6 or 7 cups of water and bring to boil. Place the chicken into the boiling water and cook until done (approx. 10-12 minutes depending on size). Remove chicken and place into a 9x13 inch pan. Place the broccoli on top of the chicken. Mix the soup and mayo together and pour over the chicken and broccoli.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes to heat through. Then remove from oven and top with cheese. Place back in the oven for 5 or 6 minutes until cheese is melted.
