DELICIOUS ICEBOX BLUEBERRY
COBBLER
 
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 c. pecans

Mix all ingredients and spread in large Pyrex pan.

FILLING:

1 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, soft
2 eggs
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool in refrigerator.

TOPPING:

1 can blueberry pie filling
1 lg. carton Cool Whip

Top with blueberries. Pour Cool Whip over berries. Best when very cold. Blueberries can be substituted with cherry or strawberry pie filling.
