60 Ritz crackers, crumbled
2 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix together and make a layer in a 9 x 13 inch pan.

1 lg. pkg. Cool Whip
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
2 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding

Mix together and spread on crumb layer in pan. Refrigerate overnight or several hours. Serve with strawberries.
