SPARKLING ORANGE EGGNOG 
2 qts. chilled orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
6 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
1 qt. ginger ale, chilled

Blend with rotary beater in a large bowl 3 cups of the orange juice, lemon juice, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, ginger and cloves. Stir in remaining juice. Cover and refrigerate.

Just before serving, pour mixture into large punch bowl. Spoon ice cream into bowl; add ginger ale.

Blend with rotary beater. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Yield 30 (1/2 cup) servings.
