SPICY CRANBERRY CHUTNEY 
4 c. cranberries (1 lb.)
1 c. seedless raisins
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tbsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. water
1 med. sized onion, chopped (1/2 c. chopped)
1 med. sized apple, pared, quartered, cored and chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced celery

Combine cranberries, raisins, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and water in large saucepan. Cook 15 minutes, or until berries pop and mixture thickens.

Stir in onion, apple, and celery; simmer 15 minutes or until the mixture is thick. Cool; refrigerate.
