ENGLAND CHEESE BALL 
1 c. dried apricots
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
5 tbsp. maraschino cherry juice
1 tsp. poppy seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. chopped raisins
1/3 c. chopped dates
Pecans
Maraschino cherries

Soak apricots 2 hours - drain and chop. Combine raisins, dates and cheese. Mix well with apricots. Mix remaining ingredients. Shape into 2 small balls or 1 large one. Wrap and chill until firm. Roll in chopped nuts and cherries.
