HUMMUS 
4 c. chick peas, drained
1/2 c. tahini
1 med. onion
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. water
3 tbsp. coarsely chopped parsley, to garnish

Blend all ingredients in food processor until thoroughly mixed. If too thick for processor to handle, add more water. Fill pita bread pockets with the mixture or serve in a bowl, garnished with parsley, with corn chips.
