1 pkg. crescent rolls 1 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage 4-6 eggs, beaten 1/2 c. Granville cheese, grated Roll crescent rolls into a rectangle. Fit into 13x9 inch greased pan. Rinse hash brown potatoes with boiling water and drain. Brown and crumble or slice sausage. Layer sausage and potatoes over crescent rolls. Pour eggs over the top. Bake at 325 degrees F. until set (20 minutes). Sprinkle with cheese. |
