SAUSAGE BRUNCH 
8 oz. Pillsbury crescent rolls
8 oz. breakfast sausage
2 c. grated Swiss cheese
4 eggs
3/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano

Grease a 13 x 9 inch pan. Lay rolls flat in pan to form crust. Cook sausage; drain. Spread evenly over crust. Top with grated cheese. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.

Love this recipe. It is very quick and easy. The 8 ounces of sausage works well because I buy 1 pound packages and use the other 8 ounces for biscuits and sausage gravy. I make several changes that I like even better. I use cheddar or Mexican blend cheese and instead of green peppers (that I never have on hand) I use 2 small cans of green chilis.
