APPLE-SAUSAGE BRUNCH PIZZA 
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. apple juice
2 med. apples, cut into 1/2" pieces

Cook and stir sausage until brown; drain well. Mix baking mix and water until soft dough forms. Roll or pat dough into 12 inch circle on ungreased cookie sheet; inch edge of circle, forming 1/2 inch rim. Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon and apple juice in saucepan. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in sausage and apples. Spoon onto dough. Bake until crust is golden brown (425 degrees for 25-30 minutes).

Makes 8 slices.
