A CROWD FOR BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
20 slices stale bread, cubed
1/2 lb. Canadian bacon or ham
1 doz. well beaten eggs
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded or grated
1 med. onion, finely chopped

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottom of 13x9 pan. Put bread cubes evenly on bottom of pan. Cover with Canadian bacon or ham. Combine eggs, cheese and onion in bowl. Pour over ham and bread. Allow to sit for 1/2 hour. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes or until eggs are set and golden brown.

May be made to this point the night before and refrigerated.
