CHICKEN WINGS 
2 pkg. chicken wings (8 in pkg.), cut off tips, cut rest in 2 pieces
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. oregano
2/3 c. buttermilk

Combine all ingredients except chicken, butter and buttermilk. Have 3 containers: 1 for buttermilk, one for flour mixture, and one for melted butter. Dip wings in buttermilk. Roll in flour mixture. Dip in butter. Put on a foil-lined pan and bake 50-60 minutes at 375 degrees. Delicious hot or cold.
