MIDGET PINEAPPLE COFFEE CAKE 
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. sifted flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1 1/4 c. pineapple tidbits

Sift together dry ingredients. Combine melted butter, egg, milk and juice. Add dry ingredients and mix until blended. Place in muffin pans and top each cake with 4 to 5 tidbits.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. brown sugar

Mix flour, cinnamon and brown sugar. Add melted butter and blend. Sprinkle mixture over the cakes and bake for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.
