BOLOGNA ON THE BIAS 
5 rings garlic bologna, skinned and sliced (bite sized)
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 1/2 c. barbecue sauce (your favorite brand)

In a large oiled skillet, fry bologna and onions together. When fried, pour in barbecue sauce, stir and simmer for 10 minutes. Serve with hash browns/fried potatoes and fresh bakery bread (sour rye or French bread). Serves 10.
