PIQUANT MEATBALLS | |
2 lb. ground beef 2 eggs 1/4 c. water 1 c. dry bread crumbs 1 sm. onion, grated 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 can jellied cranberry sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1 (12 oz.) bottle chili sauce Combine first 7 ingredients mixing well. Roll into 90 small meatballs. In electric fry pan, combine remaining 4 ingredients, stirring constantly until sauce is smooth. Add meatballs and simmer about an hour, turning several times with a spoon. Makes 15-20 servings. |
