CHICKEN AND PEACHES 
1 to 2 lbs. chicken cutlets
1 med. onion, sliced & slivered
1 can sliced peaches (syrup or in own juice)

Put trimmed cutlets in casserole dish. Salt and pepper and dot with butter. Put onions on top. Pour peaches (with juice) on top. Cook about 30 to 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with rice.
