SOUTHERN SAUSAGE GRAVY | |
1 lb. pork sausage (scrambled and fried) 4-6 tbsp. flour 2 cans evaporated milk 2 cans water Salt and pepper to taste Brown sausage; leaving fat in pan, add flour and cook until brown. Add salt and pepper. Slowly add the milk and water which has been mixed before hand. Cook until desired consistency. Turn heat to low while adding milk. Serve over hot biscuits. |
