SOUR DOUGH BISCUITS 
2 pkg. yeast
3/4 c. warm water
1 tsp. baking soda
8 tsp. baking powder
4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. oil
2/3 c. sugar
4 c. buttermilk
9 c. flour (brown or white)

Mix in large bowl in order given; use only what is needed. Refrigerate the rest, covered. May use until all has been used; will keep good. Take from refrigerator and place in baking dish; let stand about 5 minutes or so before placing in the hot oven.
