GROUNDNUT SOUP 
3-4 lb. chicken
1 to 1 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
1 lg. onion
2 lg. ripe tomatoes
1 hot pepper and/or 1 bell pepper
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
Water

Mix the peanut butter with 3 pints of cold water in a pot. Boil it until the liquid is reduced to about 1 third of the original volume. Disjoint the chicken, rub the parts with seasoning salt, and boil for 10 minutes with 1 1/2 cups of water in separate pot. Chop and mix onion, peppers and tomatoes together and add to chicken. Add the boiled peanut butter and salt to taste. Allow to boil for 15 minutes more. Serve with rice.
