LEMON BARS 
2 cups flour
1 1/2 sticks of butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 tbsp flour
pinch of salt
6 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp baking powder

Mix the first 3 ingredients well and pack into a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Mix lightly eggs, salt and sugar. Fold in flour, baking powder and lemon juice. Pour topping over crust and bake an additional 25 minutes at 350°F. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into bars when cooled.
