DIJON CHICKEN 
2 boneless chicken breasts, split
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. mushrooms, fresh or canned
1 tbsp. onion
2 tbsp. white wine
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Home-Style Chicken Gravy
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard

In large skillet cook chicken in butter. Remove to platter. Keep warm. Add mushrooms and onion. Saute. Add wine, gravy, milk and mustard. Re-add the chicken. Cook 45 minutes.
