CHICKEN & SHRIMP CREOLE 
3/4 lb. boneless chicken, cut into strips
2 tbsp. butter
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 c. zucchini, julienned
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) sm. shrimp, drained or use fresh shelled shrimp
1/2 c. thinly sliced scallion
1 c. crushed canned tomatoes
1/2 c. Heinz homestyle chicken gravy
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Hot pepper sauce to taste
Salt & pepper

Lightly saute chicken in butter. Add pepper and zucchini. Saute 2 minutes. Stir in shrimp and next 5 ingredients. Simmer 5 minutes. Add seasonings. Serve over rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
