1 stick butter, softened
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. 10X sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Use a 13"x9"x2" greased pan. This is a four layer process.

LAYER 1: Mix butter, flour and walnuts together and pat on bottom of pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes and cool.

LAYER 2: Mix cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip and 10X sugar together and beat until creamy. Spread on top of base.

LAYER 3: Beat chocolate pudding and milk together until stiff. Spread on second layer. Refrigerate for awhile.

LAYER 4: Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chocolate shavings can go on top. Refrigerate.
