ALL IN ONE ROAST BEEF DINNER 
Place beef roast in center of roaster, use two cups of water, surround with quartered potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, green beans, and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper and garlic salt. Dribble a small amount of oil over top of meat and vegetables. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 3 hours. Serves 6 to 8.
