BRUNCH PIE 
1 pkg. frozen broccoli, or spinach
1 c. sour cream
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Grease pie plate or individual custard cups. Spread broccoli, not cooked, drained, in plate. Beat sour cream, cottage cheese, Bisquick, butter and eggs until smooth. Pour mixture over broccoli, and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes, 25 minutes for custard cups.
