KAREN'S CHUCK ROAST 
4-5 lb. chuck roast
Red potatoes
Celery sticks
Fresh garlic chips
Sm. onions
Carrots
Wyler's onion soup mix

Put roast in roaster and fill with water to top of roast. Put chips of garlic into grain of roast (slit roast). Put on package of Wyler's onion soup mix on top of roast. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Remove and cool (remove lid). Put in refrigerator covered.

Next night: Oven - 350 degrees; cook 1 1/2 hours. Then put in potatoes, onions, celery sticks and carrots. Cook remaining 1 hour.
