BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
20 oz. broccoli, chopped, cooked and drained
1 can cream of celery soup
8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cut into sm. squares
32 Ritz crackers, crushed with 3/4 stick melted butter

Cook broccoli and drain. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Cut up 1/2 stick butter and add to the top of broccoli; add soup, cheese, and cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
