SUMMER CAKE 
1 white cake mix
Oil and eggs
1 lg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 med. Cool Whip

Mix cake mix according to directions and bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool thoroughly. Beat cream cheese with mixer - set aside. Mix pudding according to directions on the box. Pour a small amount of pudding in the cream cheese and eventually add all. Beat well. Spread drained pineapple on cooled cake, then spread pudding on cake. It may need to set up in the refrigerator before icing with the Cool Whip.
