PEACH PRESERVES 
2 lbs. peaches
3 c. sugarc. water

Remove skins from peaches, cut into halves and remove pits. Boil sugar and water until syrup coats spoon. Add peaches and boil until syrup is thick. Place peaches in clean hot jars. Fill jars with boiling syrup and seal. Makes 3 half pint jars.
