LOW CALORIE CUSTARD 
2 c. skim milk
2 eggs
2 pkgs. artificial sweetener
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

In a small bowl, beat together eggs, sweetener, salt and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Stir in milk, pour into a pan and place this pan in a shallow pan with 1/2" of hot water. Bake this way at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a silver knife comes out clean. Sprinkle the nutmeg on the top, just before you place in the oven.
