3 c. crumbled corn bread
1 c. bread crumbs
2 c. chicken broth
3 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 lg. onion, finely chopped
2 egg whites
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. sage or poultry seasoning

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well. Turn into an oiled baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes. Or use as stuffing in a turkey.
