BAR-B-CUE CLASSIC HAMBURGERS 
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2 sm. onions, chopped fine
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 med. tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped

In large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. Add beef and half of onion. Mix well. Shape into 6 patties. Combine remaining ingredients. Place patties on barbecue grill. Cook 2 minutes on each side. Spoon or brush tomato mixture over patties. Cook 5 minutes more until sauce thickens.
