CORN BREAD 
1 cup Flour
1 cup Yellow Cornmeal
1/4 cup Sugar
2 tsp. Baking Powder
3/4 tsp. Salt
2 Eggs, beaten
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable Oil

In mixing bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Add eggs, milk and oil. Beat just until moistened. Spoon into a greased 8 inch square baking dish.

Bake 400°F for 20-25 minutes or until tests done.
