HERSHEY-MARSHMALLOW FUDGE | |
15 oz. Hershey kisses 6 oz. chocolate bits 1 pt. marshmallow creme 4 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 lg. evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla Prepare pan greased with butter. Mix kisses, bits and creme in a large bowl. Mix sugar, butter, milk in a large saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Boil hard 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over mixture in bowl; stir until candy and bits melt. Beat hard 1 minute. Pour into pans. Cool. Refrigerate. Makes 5 pounds. |
