SOUR CREAM POTATOES 
5-6 potatoes
2 or 3 green onions, chopped
1/2 stick butter
8 oz. sour cream
2 single slices American cheese

Boil potatoes with jackets. When cooked, cool, remove jackets and grate into large bowl. Melt cheese, butter and sour cream; add onions. When melted, pour over potatoes, coating potatoes well. Pour into baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
