EASY CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (# 303) can creamed corn
1 (# 303) can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, chopped
2/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1 c. cornbread stuffing, or cracker crumbs
1 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients. Pour in greased casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
