HAMBURGER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. medium noodles, cooked and drained
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. melted butter

Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly brown ground beef. Add chopped onion. Cook until tender, but not brown. Add corn, soups, sour cream, pimento, salt and pepper. Mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into a 2-quart casserole dish. Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over the top of the casserole.

Bake in a moderate oven at 350°F for 30 minutes or until hot.
