HAMBURGER-CORN CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground hamburger
1 c. onion, chopped
1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. pimento
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked noodles
1 c. soft bread crumbs
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Brown meat. Add onion; cook until tender but not brown. Add next 7 ingredients; mix well. Stir in noodles. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Mix crumbs and butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Snip parsley over top. 8-10 servings.
