PARMESAN YOGURT CHICKEN 
3 lbs. chicken, cut up
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/4 tsp. cayenne
1/2 c. green onion
1/2 c. grated Parmesan

Drizzle chicken with lemon juice. Blend other ingredients (except cheese) and spread over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 for 45 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and broil until slightly brown (3 minutes +).

Easy and delicious with rice! 4 servings.
