PASTA, CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI 
1 1/2 c. uncooked whole wheat elbow macaroni
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. frozen broccoli
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. water
1 1/2 c. cut-up cooked chicken
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. lowfat plain yogurt
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Prepare macaroni as directed on package, adding the lemon juice to cooking water. Drain; set aside.

In 2-quart casserole, combine broccoli, onion, garlic, and water; cover. Microwave on HIGH 6-8 minutes or until tender crisp; stir once. Add in macaroni, chicken, Italian seasoning, and pepper.

Recover; microwave on HIGH 3-6 minutes or until heated through. Stir once. Blend in yogurt and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with walnuts before serving.

Makes 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
