ORANGED WALNUTS 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. water

Cook to soft ball stage and remove from heat. Add 1 teaspoon grated orange rind and 2 cups walnut halves or quarters. Mix until syrup becomes cloudy and hard to stir. Quickly turn out on waxed paper. Separate clusters with forks.
