PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground sirloin
1 c. uncooked rice
1/2 onion, cut fine
1 egg
Salt & pepper to taste
2 cans Campbells cream of mushroom soup, diluted with 1 c. water

Mix above ingredients. Form into meatballs, packing loosely so rice can expand. Brown meatballs in small amount of Crisco oil. Place meatballs in Dutch oven. Cover with cream of mushroom soup. Cover and cook in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours. Baste often.
