MAKE AHEAD MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
4 tbsp. instant minced onions
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into 2 inch meatballs. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until done. Cool for 10 minutes. Place in freezer for 20 minutes. Remove from freezer and pack tightly in a freezer container. Label, date and return to freeze.

To serve - heat in 350 degree oven about 30-45 minutes. Pour one can cream of mushroom soup or 1 bottle Open Pit barbecue sauce over meatballs before heating. Can also be heated in a crockpot.
