EASY STROGANOFF MEATBALLS 
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
2/3 c. Quick or old fashion oats, uncooked
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 egg, unbeaten
1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream mushroom soup
1/2 c. sour cream
Rice or noodles

Combine onion and milk; set aside. Combine meat, oats, salt, pepper, dill weed, garlic powder, egg and onion-milk mixture. Shape into 36 meatballs. Place in 10 inch shallow casserole or oven-proof skillet. Pour soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. Remove from oven. Blend in sour cream. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
