BEEF AND BISCUIT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt and pepper
1 can biscuits

Brown ground beef and onion. Add cream cheese and soup and mix well, seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour into casserole dish and place biscuits on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until biscuits are done.
