1 stick butter
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 box confectioners' sugar

Cook until thick. Add:

1 tsp. vanilla

Also need:

1 box Duncan Hines chocolate cake mix

Bake as directed, pour in 9 x 13 inch pan, bake and let cool. Pour sauce over cake and serve with ice cream.
