BONIA 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 frying chicken, cut in serving pieces
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 med. onion, chopped
Mushrooms (opt.)

Form ground beef into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown meatballs and sausage; drain off grease. Place chicken in casserole dish, add meatballs and sausage, distributing it evenly over and around chicken.

Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or 1 1/2 hours, depending on size of chicken. This makes a delicious sauce for the meat.
