10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
3 strips bacon
1/2 onion, diced

Cook spinach according to package directions; drain. Dice bacon and fry until crisp. Remove bacon pieces from pan; add onions. Saute onion until limp. Add spinach and bacon to pan; stir and heat through. Serve hot.
