SPRINGTIME POTATOES 
1 1/2 lb. potatoes, sm.
1/3 c. cucumbers, chopped
1 1/2 tbsp. green onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. radish, sliced
1 tsp. salt, pepper

Cook potatoes; drain. Add vegetables to sour cream and stir; add to potatoes and heat. DO NOT BOIL.
