SPRINGTIME SALAD 
2 bunches fresh spinach, washed & dried
1 pt. fresh strawberries, washed, hulled & halved
10 fresh mushrooms, sliced

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. poppy seeds
1 tbsp. minced onions
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard

Place all dressing ingredients in blender or food processor and drizzle over spinach mix.
